International student numbers are growing, and with students arriving at Metropolia UAS from over 90 countries, the need for timely, accessible guidance has never been greater. Traditional student support services, however, are often stretched to their limits. As a result, students may struggle with pre-arrival anxiety, visa processes, and information gaps.
